The Lehigh Valley is located in the east-central region of Pennsylvania, about 55 minutes Northwest of Philadelphia and an hour and a half Southwest of New York City.

As Pennsylvania's third largest metropolitan area, home to some 740,000 people, the Lehigh Valley offers many opportunities. Boasting a lower cost of living than most northeastern regions and having ample room for residential and industrial development, the area offers all of the benefits of bigger cities.

A recent New York Times article described the Lehigh Valley as one of the fastest growing "bedroom communities" for both Philadelphia and New York City. Pennsylvania Census numbers show the Lehigh Valley to be one of the fastest growing regions in the state of Pennsylvania.
